How do you make scented pens?

Cut a piece of the newspaper about as wide as the painted part of the pencil is long. Wrap the newspaper around the pencil and use tape to keep the paper in place if needed. Mix the lemon/lime/orange juice in the water. Make sure that the water has a strong scent of whichever juice you’re using.
