Can an enchantment be played as an instant?
Activated abilities of enchantments, creatures, lands, artifacts can be done at instant speed unless the card says otherwise (such as the equip activation of equipment which is sorcery speed). Abilities are abilities, not instants. Instants are a card type.
Does an enchantment target a creature?
