Can one-hit KO moves work on dynamax Pokemon?
In Max Raid Battles, one-hit KO moves can deplete two bars of strength from a mysterious barrier, but will otherwise always fail against Dynamax Pokémon. One-Hit KO moves do not affect dynamax Pokemon, however it does break two bars of the pink barrier.

Because they are Normal attacks, neither can affect Ghost Pokémon. Fissure can KO Ghosts, but it can’t affect Flying Pokémon (due to its Ground type).
Is fissure a good Pokemon?
Yes, because it kills the pokemon instantly. If you make it have 8 pp its max you could kill 4 pokemon before it has no pp left.
