Can you play sorcery during end step?
The end step is reserved for activated abilities, instants, and anything with flash. You can’t play (non-flash) creatures, sorceries, enchantments, planeswalkers, etc.

Can you cast enchantments during combat?
The combat phase is perhaps the trickiest of all of them. You would normally do this inside their combat phase at the beginning of combat step. (By waiting until they are in their combat step, they don’t have the opportunity to cast any more creatures, sorceries, artifacts, or enchantments after you tap the creature.)

A sorcery represents a magical incantation. You can cast a sorcery only during a main phase of one of your own turns. You can’t cast it when another spell is on the stack.

What happens when you suspend a sorcery in Quicken?
After Quicken resolves, you can Suspend a sorcery in your hand any time you can cast an instant. As soon as you actually cast a sorcery, you lose this capability. Casting a copy of a sorcery card won’t “use up” Quicken’s effect because the copy isn’t a card.
