The Warchief can reduce the cost, and kicker is part of the cost of casting the spell, so it can be reduced by the Warchief (just note that the Warchief will only reduce the cost by 1, even if you’re kicking it).

Can you tap equipment for improvise?

Can you use equipped equipment towards casting improvise? Yes, the equipment is still an artifact that can be tapped to pay for Improvise. Tapping the equipment doesn’t change its effect on the equipped creature or makes the creature become tapped, and tapping the creature also doesn’t make the equipment become tapped.

How does Kaza roil chaser work?

While this is not a Wizard creature, it spits out Wizard token creatures each time you cast an instant or sorcery spell. If you set off the triggered ability and have three or more Wizards on the battlefield, it transforms into Final Iteration, which pumps all your Wizards by +2/+1 and gives them all flying!
