Do you draw a tile at the end of your turn in Rummikub?

You cannot play the drawn tile until the next turn. This applies to any tile drawn during the game. You can draw a tile if your tiles are not adding up to 30 but in doing this, you cannot play the drawn tile until your next turn.

Can you rearrange tiles in Rummikub?

Once you’ve done your initial meld, you can rearrange any tiles played in absolutely any fashion as long as you end up with all valid sets and runs, and no leftover tiles. A Rummikub stalemate happens when everyone has gone and no one can do anything else with any of their tiles.
