Yep, disc games take up just as much space as downloads. Absolutely despise re/downloading dlc/patches and space issues. But yes both forms are exact same hdd space. Just to let you know, I did a Google search and if I’m correct, the largest amount of space you can have on a PS4 is 2 TB.
