They both receive guns and Joshua begins a countdown for them to fire. Tearfully, an enraged Neku aims his gun and prepares to shoot — however, in the end, he cannot bring himself to kill a friend, and lowers his gun. Joshua, however, smiles coldly and shoots Neku, supposedly erasing him.
Does NEKU die at the end of Twewy?

He can throw and manipulate them at a speed of 128,134,333 m/s and can lift way more things that weigh 36,750,000,000,000,000,000,000 kgs. He can even control things that are 384,403,000 meters away from him.
How did Mineta get into UA?
Mineta got into U.A. because the examination only required him to immobilize the robots. His quirk Pop-Off allowed him to trap them, stick them, or even plug up their muzzles to stop them from functioning and thus racking up enough points to pass.
What is Nezu’s IQ?
Since Saiko is already a genius, with an IQ of 150, an IQ of 300 is basically impossible for a human. The highest recorded IQ is 250, and Einstein’s was 160. High Spec made Nezu, quote unquote, “Smarter than most humans,” keyword: MOST. That would make Nezu’s IQ 245 or so, which isn’t as good as Saiko’s.
Why does Joshua kill Neku?
To see if the real Shibuya deserves to exist, Joshua made a deal with his second-in-command, Megumi Kantanji, and murdered Neku to enter him in the Reapers’ Game and select him as his Proxy (i.e., chosen one). If Neku could survive the Reapers’ Game and defeat Megumi, the real Shibuya would be saved.
