After you defeat Ghetsis in Giant Chasm, Hugh says you should go to Victory Road and challenge the Pokémon League. The west exit of the cave south of Giant Chasm will take you there.

To catch Kyurem, you first need to finish the main game. Then you need to reach Lacunosa Town, which you can reach by going east from Opelucid City. Once in Lacunosa Town, put a pokémon in your party that knows Surf, and a pokémon that knows Strength. Take the east exit of Lacunosa to reach Route 13.

What is in giant chasm?
It is a large impact crater containing a maze-like forest, and is home to a number of extraterrestrial Pokémon, including the Legendary Pokémon Kyurem, who resides in the deepest part of the cave at the far end of the crater.
