To unlock the Engineer class you can either spend 20 Happy Tickets or complete the Quests 54, 23 and 53. You can assign any of your 3 Cleric Type slots to an Engineer from the Class & Equipment menu.

The Zephyr can be unlocked by having quests 15, 43, and 52 completed or by paying 20 Happy Tickets.
