How do you get unstuck in Shadowlands?
To access the stuck character service:
- Pres Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
- Click Support.
- Scroll down to the self-service options and click Stuck Character Service then click Continue.
How long does a character realm transfer take?
If you are in a queue because your realm is full, remove yourself from the queue and select a different realm. The Character Transfer service takes up to 24 hours to complete. If you log in before it completes, the transfer may fail and your character may be locked. To unlock your character, contact us.
