Is Tales of Xillia on PS now?
The exceptions being Xillia, Xillia 2, and Graces F, which are all only on PS3, and Hearts R, which is only on Vita. I think Tales of Zestiria is the only Tales game on PSNow. Berseria has been on sale for $15-20 quite often on PSN.

So Xillia 2 is whole new game surface and crafted un the same tradition of Tale of Xillia one. Now it is available on PS4 so that players can enjoy their one of the favourite Japanese game.
Should I play Tales of Xillia?
so far its the only tales game i’ve liked, so yes! Xillia it’s the reason i buy a PS3 and it was worth it. Super fun gameplay, endearing characters, and a quite Hollywood-esque soundtrack. If you like Berseria you will mostly like this one.
Can I use DualShock 4 on PS Vita?
PS Vita: You’ll need yourself a PS Vita. DualShock 4: On it’s own the PS Vita can remote play with a Playstation 4, however the location of the L2/R2 and L3/R3 buttons make it somewhat tricky to play all but the most simple games.
