How do you kill will-o-the-wisp?
The easiest way to kill them is to stay out of melee range. Their only attacks can be used in melee range so if you just kill them with arrows or spells they can’t do anything. This will also keep them from regenerating health since they use absorb health spells to do that.
Will-O-the-Wisp Azura?
Azura is directly east of the Cloud Temple and just north of Cheydinhal. When you get there, talk to Mels Maryon after persuading him enough to like you about the Shrine of Azura. He’ll tell you that you need an offering of glow dust, which can be obtained from a will-o-the-wisp, to summon the Daedra.
