After Dragonspiral Tower, you should go to Relic Castle. Get to Route 4 by either going south from Nimbasa City or north from Castelia City. Then look for the road leading west, near the freeway that goes over Route 4. This road takes you to Desert Resort.

How do I get into the Dragon Spiral Tower?
- Talk to Bianca and Cedric. At the entrance to the tower north of Icirrus you will meet Cedric Juniper and Bianca.
- Explore the Tower Entrance. You can use Surf to cross the tower moat.
- Enter the Tower.
- Fight Team Plasma.
- Fight Team Plasma.
- Witness Zekrom / Reshiram.
- Get the Light Stone or Dark Stone.
- Fly to Nacrene City Museum.
Can Druddigon learn fly?

In-game, he works fine. Good attack, good defenses, two good abilities, decent enough movepool, he’s not an utter waste of time like Pidove or Purrloin, but the fact is he’s overlooked because he’s one of few only ‘okay’ Dragons, alongside Gen III Kingdra and Altaria.

Druddigon doesn’t need to fly. It just punches the world until its destination gives in and comes to Druddigon. One of these can turn into a giant robot with rocket booster legs, and it’s not the one with “wings”.
