- Get Gale of Darkness(gamecube) and capture lugia. transfer onto GBA game and then migrate.
- Get SoulSilver/HeartGold and transfer onto platinum once you’ve caught them. catching lugia and ho-oh requires no event.
Is Ampharos better than raichu?
Ampharos is better. Stat wise, Raichu will only come in handy compared to Ampharos speed wise(Also attack, but they both have higher special attack). Concerning move pools, Ampharos’ is more special based. which works more to it’s advantage more than it would for Raichu .
Is Raikou good Heartgold?
Raikou is excellent in standard play, and in fact better than Jolteon (who is OU for some reason) in almost every way (except that he doesn’t outspeed Scarfed Tyranitars). There are very few BL and UU pokemon that can actually work in standard, but Raikou is definitely one of them.
