Why does Toca Boca reset?
If we’ve asked you to manually reset your app, it’s because your game is stuck in a bad state and the issue (and other issues!) could continue to occur. While resetting your app will mean all the progress you’ve made in your world will be reset, but any purchases that you’ve made in the app will still be there.
Why is my Toca Boca not working?
Make sure you’re running the latest version of the app (make sure you have room on the device for updates!) and if you’re on a device using the Google Play store, then you can check the settings for the Google Play store app and under “storage” clear the cache to see if that helps.
Why does Toca World reset?
Please note that resetting your app will also reset all of your progress within Toca Life: World. These issues are very hard to investigate and reproduce as they are generally triggered by something unrelated to what is going on in the app at the time the issue occurs.
