Place Sphero on its charging base and press the button on the side of the charger while removing Sphero from the charger. To verify Sphero is reset, try tapping to wake. If Sphero does not wake, reset is successful. Place back on the charger to activate.

If an Ollie won’t wake up – it could have put itself into deep-sleep. The deep sleep setting is designed to save battery power throughout the process of shipping and when waiting on a shelf. To wake up an Ollie from deep-sleep, plug the micro USB into the port on the back of Ollie and remove the cord.
