- Once you reach the page opt-out termination, enter your log-in and password and click on the button TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP.
- Once you click on the button a message pop-up box will appear, click on OK to permanently delete your account.
How do you add friends on mobile Webkinz?
Click on the Friend Request tab at the top right of your Facebook screen to do so. Enter the Webkinz Friends game. Click on ‘Add a Friend’ at the far right of your Friend List bar (at the bottom of your screen). Choose a friend (or many friends!) and click ‘Send Requests’.

Ganz, the company that owns the Webkinz brand, has announced that it will permanently delete all archived, inactive accounts on October 1st, 2019. If you’ve left your account inactive for more than a year and don’t log in by September 30th, your pet will be deleted forever.
Where is the Webkinz Code on pet?
Your Pet’s Adoption Code will either be on a tag attached to your plush pet, or it will have been sent to you if the Webkinz Pet was purchased at the Ganz eStore (check your Ganz eStore order history for the Adoption Code).
