Where can I find glass armor in Oblivion?
You can get them from Daedric quests such as Umbra, in which you could get from the Clavicous Vile quest. But you could find them from normal quests such as The Killing Field, where you get Chilldrend. What is the best armor to wear in Oblivion without DLCs?
Is a glass sword possible?
It is unsuitable for making a sword or pretty knife. Then there’s regular pane glass. These shards can be very sharp, but tend only to exist in large but fragile broken shapes. you could create a shaped blade by etching the glass and breaking it out, but it would be very useless and look bad.

Is Dawnbreaker worth using?
Its by far one of the best looking weapons in the game but sadly its not as strong as it should have been. Mine does like 68 upgraded to legendary with like maybe 2 perks in the one handed tree. They really unpowered most of the unique weapons in this game. My daedric swords do twice as much base damage.
Does Dawnbreaker run out of charge?
The normal enchant, dealing extra fire damage, can and probably has run out long ago. The explosion effect uses no charges and will continue to be used forever.
Why are there no diamond swords?
Short Answer. While it may be possible to create a sword shaped object from diamond it is simply too brittle to be used effectively. On a side note a sword of pure carbon would also lack the mass to be effective against a similar sized steel blade.
