sword wands are for level 40+ and level 45+ players only. You can either buy them in the bazaar, or get them from bosses in MooShu, the world after Marlybone. The sword wands are found in Mooshu, DragonSpyre and Grizzleheim. The only problem is that you have to be at least level 40 to carry one.
