Warcraft 3 never died though, the custom games kept it alive and kicking. To be fair tho, technically it is dead when it has a player base less than 4500. Most days I see it only has 1500-1700 people online. It’s fun to play, and you can find games sometimes but it’s pretty dead.

Yes, worth it, if you are really fan, I tell you for me it was amazing experience to replay my childhood game with better graphics, in campaign there are some bugs but overall it was awesome to play the campaign again. Also i tried playing with friends and yeah it is not bad but sometimes it disconnects you.
