Unlike The Sims 3 (where you had to buy 1 copy of the base game for each account but could share expansions across accounts), there is NO sharing in The Sims 4. Only 1 account per game and no sharing the expansions for you.

It is currently not possible to share your game library. As a side note, we have since offered a Gifting function which is a form of sharing that allows you to grant games to other players, if for any reason they aren’t able to get the game themselves.
