Can you morph Ixidron?

You can turn them face up, if you have a means to turn them face up. Ixidron itself doesn’t provide such means, but morph and megamorph do.

Can you morph a creature without morph?

Face-down Creatures and Ixidron Ixidron is one of the few ways that you can turn a creature without Morph face-down. If a face-down creature doesn’t have a Morph cost when it’s revealed, then it can’t be turned face-up, so most creature will be stuck face-down until they leave the battlefield.
