Can you target a creature before it enters the battlefield?
Your instant cannot target the creature until it has entered the battlefield. Yes. When a creature spell is played, it goes on top of the stack. When it resolves from the stack, the creature is summoned.
Do you control a creature as it enters the battlefield?
Or: Do I control creatures entering the battlefield, or only after they have entered? If creatures enter the battlefield under your control, you control those creatures as they enter the battlefield, for the purposes of effects.

There is no special time for you to respond to a creature entering the battlefield if it doesn’t have an ETB trigger and there is nothing else on the stack. 99% of the time all of this stuff doesn’t actually come up.
Can you target a creature in the graveyard?
There are exceptions to this, but they all specify how they work, for example: Animate Dead specifies it enchants a “creature card in a graveyard”. Zombify uses the words “target creature from your graveyard” by saying it’s coming from the graveyard, that’s the only place it can be when you target it.
Do you own the cards in your graveyard?
Only objects on the stack or on the battlefield have a controller. Objects that are neither on the stack nor on the battlefield aren’t controlled by any player. Effects that deal with cards in the graveyard would refer to their owner. No.
Can you exile from the graveyard?
If it’s an instant or sorcery card, exile it. You may cast it without paying its mana cost for as long as it remains exiled. when this enters the battlefield, exile all cards from all graveyards. If a card or token would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.
