Do enchantments go on the stack?
Casting an enchantment as a spell uses the stack. (See rule 601, “Casting Spells.”)

Ultimate Wise is for weapons, so you can’t stack it 4 times. But 4 Bank 5 books would mean 1/ (2^4) coins lost, or 15/16 saved, or 93.75% saved. However, without a piggy bank, you would only lose half anyway, so 96.875% would be actually saved.
