Does Panharmonicon trigger itself?

As you may know, Panharmonicon by itself effectively doubles the value of your various ETB triggers; any time a creature or artifact entering the battlefield would fire a trigger from a permanent of yours, you get an extra one.

Does Panharmonicon double ETB triggers?

Yes. If the event of the Creature (or Artifact) entering the Battlefield triggers a Triggered ability of a permanent you control, then Panharmocion makes that ability trigger one additional time.
