You will need to purchase coupons via the in-game Cash Shop before you embark to various Beauty Parlors to give your character a new look. REG(ular) coupons are essentially the cheapest coupons you can purchase, with the drawback that it randomly selects a hairstyle out of the available options in that particular town.
How do you get Evan hair in Maplestory?
You can get it as a REG Henesys Hair (aka the RNG one) or the aforementioned beauty coupon event. It is not a hair in Royal cycles. If you’re in non-reboot, you can buy an Evan hair coupon (I think this might be exclusive to males however) from users.

To get to Amoria, you have to talk to Thomas Swift (?) in Henesys. He’s by the portal, you can’t miss him. Or you go to Henesys Hunting Grounds 2, and there’s a rope that you climb to the top, and you get teleported to Amoria.

- Talk to gaga again. You will be warped to Amoria.
- Talk to gaga inside of Amoria. You will be warped to the FM again.

How do I get the excessive charming quest?
In order to unlock the Pocket Slot you need to get your Charm to LV. 30, then go to the left of your screen and click on the Star to find a quest called “Excessively Charming”. Finish that quest and you’ll unlock your pocket slot and get a Rose Pocket Item.
