How scary is FEAR 2?
FEAR 2 isn’t as good, scary-wise as the first one. Its a good action game, but not really in the horror dept. If you want a creepy game, go for Dead Space, I highly enjoyed that game, w/ the exception of a few parts. However, difficulty, FEAR 1 was my hardest, w/ Dead Space a close second.

The whole game is very frightening and intense. The main scare in the game is Alma, who will remind many of The Exorcist. Frightening images and buckets of gore. Loads of sudden jump scares when enemies suddenly come out of nowhere.

Is layers of fear 2 bad?
Stuffed with dozens of screenshot-able moments and highly memorable sequences, this could’ve been one of the best horror games in years. Sadly, Layers of Fears 2 is too bloated, too repetitive, and too uncertain of itself to stand confidently on its own merits.
