Because you cast the spells you Cascade into, you can then Cascade off of those spells etc. The only real limit is that you’re going down by at least CMC 1 every time you do it. So eventually you’ll run out of valid targets to Cascade into.

There is no interaction. Saga’s trigger when then get counters, which they enter with. They don’t trigger when they enter the battlefield; Which is what Yarok cares about.

However, you can still cast them as creatures, mutating with those. This halves the costs: you only pay for the mutation, not for the first creature. It doesn’t matter much which creature is in play when you mutate, since you choose which one goes on top or to the bottom as you cast the second one.
