Is the toughness perk worth it Fallout 3?
It’s not worth getting both. VATS is a great addition to this game, and once you get your Small Guns/Energy Weapons up to 100, there’s not much you can do to increase your hit rate. But Gunslinger/Commando work wonders.

It’s not worth it. You can basically do better by carrying stimpacks around with you. By the time I was able to get that perk I was hovering around 50 stimpacks from scavenging and buying. Since you can only pick 20 perks total it’s a waste IMO.
Is Bloody Mess a good perk FNV?
This perk is highly useful in the Dead Money add-on, as it increases the chance that the ghost people in the Sierra Madre will be dismembered by attacks instead of just knocked unconscious, since dismemberment is the only way to kill ghost people.

I never found Swift Learner, the +10% experience gain perk, to be useful. Once you hit the max level, the perk is worthless plus there’s more than enough experience to be gained when you’re wandering around the Wasteland.
