What is at the top of the Shard?
London’s highest and best view is situated at the top of The Shard, on floors 68, 69 and 72. At almost twice the height of any other viewing platform in the capital, it offers visitors unparalleled 360-degree views for up to 40 miles.

The building cost a mammoth £435 million pounds to build and because construction was taking place during the global financial crash, plans for the building were almost abandoned altogether.
Which is better aqua shard or Oblix?
If I visited Oblix first, I would be quite impressed, however having visited Aqua a couple of times prior to this, I would definitely recommend Aqua over Oblix. Aqua is a nicer venue, with more tables, a better atmosphere and much better views.

Can you wear jeans in The Shard?
The dress code for all the restaurants in the Shard is that we request diners do not wear sportswear or beachwear. Jeans would be acceptable, however please be aware that trainers of any kind can be considered sportswear, so we recommend wearing a more conventional style of shoe. Yes jeans are fine.
Can I wear jeans to Aqua Shard?
Can you wear jeans for Aqua Shard? The dress code is smart casual, but I would err on the side of caution. Men can get away with smart jeans paired with a shirt and dress shoes, and for the ladies, a formal pair of black jeans will pass. Absolutely no shorts, flip-flops, sports kit or sports shoes allowed.
Is there a minimum spend at Aqua Shard?
NOTE: Aqua Shard is open daily from 7am (9am weekends) – 11pm, with the bar open 10.30am-1am (3am Fri/Sat). ALSO NOTE: There’s a smart casual dress code (no sportswear/flip-flops, etc) and bar-only bookings have a minimum spend of £50pp.
