Is squash a priority move?
Quash forces the target Pokémon to move last in the current turn. It does not have priority so will fail if the target already moved in the current turn. Therefore it is useless in single battles and only works in double/triple battles.
Does sunny day work with prankster?
In the VGC 2020 metagame thus far, both Sun and Rain teams often made use of a Prankster Pokemon setting manual rain for its partner to take advantage of. Sableye gets both Sunny Day and Rain Dance, and Whimsicott gets Sunny Day. Both can support teams outside of the weather moves.

Does Trick Room work with prankster?
All Prankster does is add +1 stage of priority on non-attacking moves. Trick Room has naturally -8 priority, so Prankster only makes it -7, making it faster than other Trick Room/Wonder Room/Magic Room users. Even if you managed to go first with Trick Room, it wouldn’t take effect until the next turn.
